My tip, if you miss the card just by one, would be to just use your force card as a keycard. Obviously, you can't do this, if you need to force a specific card, but if you only need to know the identity of a card, that's a nice and quick way to get the knowledge of the selection. If it's a small number of carda off, you can also calculate the position of the force card, in relation to the chosen card and like this be able to identify the card later on or just take the card back aside to youe force card.

In my ACR, I use a cull from a face-up spread for the second phase, on the pretext of showing the participants that their signed card really is buried in the centre. Of course I know the turnover pass, but had never thought to do it in this context. I guess mine just isn't as smooth as yours, so it never occurred to me. Having watched this vid though, I'm seriously considering using the turnover pass instead of the cull if I can master doing it as well as you do. Thanks Alex!
